Forward Motion Health is a men's-only drug and alcohol rehab center located on the St. Lucie River in Palm City, Florida. We provide evidence-based, individualized addiction and mental health treatment, including integrated dual diagnosis care for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Admissions are limited to a maximum of 14 residents, allowing for personalized clinical attention from licensed practitioners. Levels of care include residential treatment and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), with detox placement coordinated through trusted partner facilities. Therapies offered include individual, group, and family therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and holistic approaches such as yoga and recovery fitness, supported by an on-site fitness center and martial arts facility. We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and offer free insurance verification.
